The third step is create continuous workflow. This phase calls for the establishment of a smooth workflow in the various teams of your company. It may take some time though. Coming up with services and products involve some cross-functional teamwork. It is normal to have those bottlenecks and interruptions.
The fourth step is create a pull system. The stability of the workflow is an important factor for work teams to do their tasks well. By creating a pull system, you can have a stable workflow. The work is pulled on time when a demand is asked for it. The resources that you have are used efficiently through this.
Fifth phase is continuous improvement. Companies have to pay attention to this phase since it is essential. You do not have a passive and detached system in your company. Issues may arise in any step of the process. Improving the process is everybody’s business in your company so you have to remind all employees about it.
